Agenda:
Bob Fournier will be showing unique images of seldom seen areas of Namibia, South West Africa. Massive sand dunes, the Skeleton Coast, and a private arrangement to meet and photograph the Hohho Tribe, are a few of the highlights of his presentation.
David Evans’s images capture the peak of action as he records the surfers challenging the giant Maverick waves in Pacifica from a chartered boat.
Members and friends will also have an opportunity to share with us finished work or work in progress.
Guidelines for submitting work are as follows. Approximately 10 digital images or up to 6 prints for display in which you may choose 1 of them for further discussion. A digital projector and laptop will be available. Actual presentation time will depend upon the number of presenters. We encourage first time presenters.
Please let me know when you register what media you will be presenting, prints or digital images. Digital images should be jpeg, 72 dpi. Horizontal images 1280 pixels wide, Vertical images 1024 pixels high. File size no more than 500 KB. Bring images on a CD or Thumb Drive.
Lunch will be Chicken Parmesan. Please let me know if you have special dietary needs.
Your early response is appreciated. Deadline is July 8, 2010
